2. No Guarantee
DoralInfo does not guarantee job completion, service quality, provider performance, or minimum lead volume. We act solely as a referral platform.
3. Provider Subscription Terms
Service providers pay a recurring monthly subscription fee for access to qualified service requests within their selected category and coverage area.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.
4. Lead Definition
A lead is defined as a customer submission including name, phone number, service category, and request details submitted through the DoralInfo platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
DoralInfo and Radio TV Miami are not responsible for service outcomes, disputes, damages, or agreements between customers and providers.
